With a new month and a new year, I imagine everyone is going through some eventful times. I know I am. Though I want to continue with the show, I need some time to myself. There are a few things I have to go through. January is my moving month; to add the stress of my regular job does not help. So here's some advice to everyone out there going through eventful times. Take a break. Whatever you're doing, stop. Even if there is a loud commotion surrounding you, just close your eyes, inhale a breath, and hold it for only a few seconds. Count down from fifteen or ten and then blow it out. You'd be surprised how clear your mind is afterward.
